The area is celebrated for its annual wildebeest migration and is also home to the Big Five. Sarova Mara captures the true spirit of Kenya and accommodates guests in 73 luxury tents (20 Club tents, 51 standard tents and 2 family tents) sited in the camp’s woodland area. The modern tents are all equipped with an en-suite shower room, electricity and mosquito nets.
The camp has an outdoor swimming pool and sun-loungers for relaxing in the sun after an early game drive. Guests are offered an array of exciting activities including game drives, walks, balloon safaris and massages. Maasai dancers show off their traditional welcome dances during the evening. Interested guests can participate in Maasai cultural village visits and Maasai lectures, which explore the local culture in greater depth.
The camp features a number of dining options including the Isokon Restaurant which provides both al fresco and sheltered facilities. The Isokon Restaurant offers a wide range of cuisine and special barbecues are held next to the swimming pool beneath the star-filled skies.
